On the second range trip, it started jamming. My friend bought an Iver back then, after shooting my then, Iver had taken over Plainfield. I believe they fell into covert CIA business, also. Plainfield made M2's for foreign military use. Interestingly, it was made with nearly all M2 parts, lacking the trip lever. Mine functioned perfectly, and was pretty accurate. Back in the day, Plainfield carbines had a good rep, and one was the first centerifre longarm I bought.
